How long is the hire?


All packages are for day hire and MUST be returned by 7pm unless otherwise agreed; we are happy to discuss overnight / multiple day hire if required.

How do I book?

Bookings are made through the website;  alternatively you my wish to contact via email /  Instagram or Facebook page to book. 


Payment can be made via the website or BACS. 


Damages deposit payable on booking. 

Can I hire outdoors?

Yes, our packages are perfect for inside or outdoors.

 In times of rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions, we will not be able to set up the play equipment outdoors but will help to find a suitable indoor option for set up. 

In summer months we recommend placing under a shelter/shaded area as soft play can become very hot. 

Bouncy Castle can be set up outside on grass ONLY as it requires ground stakes to secure.  We cannot set up the bouncy castle with winds in excess of 24mph. 

Who can use the soft play?

There is no specific age limit, but our soft play pieces are designed to be enjoyed for the under 5s.
Sensory toys and activity boards have no age limit and the below items can be enjoyed by older children, making packages ideal for all.


  • Wooden climbing triangle: max weight limit 50kg

  • Climbing arch: max weight limit 60kg


Balance board: max limit 210kg, so adults can join in on the fun too!


Bouncy Castle is for children only. Absolutley no adults thank you. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We appreciate that things do not always go to plan and unforeseen events can occur (especially with little ones!) and we will always work with you to re-schedule any booking you have made. 


However, if a complete cancellation is made:


  • Within 14 days of planned event: a full refund will be issued.

  • Within 7 days: 50% refund issued

  • Within 24hours: we will be unable to provide a refund.


If we at Little Play Time need to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or extreme weather, we will of course provide a full refund.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, Little Play Time is covered by Public Liability Insurance up to the amount of £5m.


Public liability insurance covers any work undertaken by Little Play Time, to include setting up of equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to adequately supervise the equipment; customers may wish to arrange optional liability insurance to cover their event.

What if any equipment is damaged / lost?

Any loss or damage of equipment as a result of misuse will be charged to you (the customer).


An invoice will be provided to yourself and payment to please be made within 7 days for any repairs, loss of earnings or replacement and the £50 deposit will not be refunded.

How do you clean the equipment?

After each hire all equipment will be checked for damages prior to a thorough cleaning.


This involves the removal of any surface dirt using warm water and detergent followed by antibacterial cleansing solution.

All fabrics are washed in non-biological detergent.

Collection or delivery?

Equipment can be collected on the day of hire at a pre-arranged time and MUST be returned to us before 7pm the same day, this is to ensure adequate time for the appropriate checking and cleaning before the next hire.

Delivery is available and we are committed to offering the lowest price possible, please enquire for quote based on your location. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery free of charge.
